My Xbox NAT Type Keeps Switching Back To Moderate?

I did port forwarding a frew days ago and it opened my NAT but a few days later it switched itself back to moderate , so i had to do all the steps again. P.S. my xbox does have a static IP & im using a Linksys Cisco router
