BT Home Hub NAT strict, Xbox live?

Hi, my NAT setting on my router is Strict which limits me greatly playing on Xbox live, I have tried restarting and resetting my router and turning it on and off many times to no avail, does anybody know or have any advice to sort out this problem as it's getting quite annoying, thank you :)
