Grand Theft Auto 4 Disconnected from game session? Xbox 360?

Alright, I have researched this already, and very thoroughly too. I have port forwarded 3074 3 times, and they still exist (UDP, TCP, and Both). I have also made the same ports in my hub manager. So whats up? My NAT type is open, but yet I still cannot connect to games. Even when the Xbox is the only internet device running, it still does this, I can never get into games. Yesterday, it seemed to be working, but now its not working again.
