How to access the router?

I'm currently living in ABK dorm in Tokyo and I wanted to play modern warfare 2 online but I keep getting strict nat. As a common pc user I tired to forward the port using the usual methods but the default gateway which I got from the cmd ipconfig/all command are useless. Pls help. I just want to play that game.
