Will opening ports on a Belkin Router Mess with other electronics (Computer, etc.)?

We have 4 computers and 1 iPod connected to the router and 3 computers are wirelessly connected. And I have to open the ports so that my ps3 can have NAT Type 2 so i can game online. Will opening these ports mess up the connection on any of these computers, ipod, and ps3.
