I love my GF but I think we should break up?

In Fact,we have been together for 2 years.on 1 May 2011...but something is wrong now,she often behave as if she is bored with me...and in my case,i really love her...i always try my best to keep our relationship on going ,i always give her what she wants...i try my best for everything! during the day..since the last days..i've noticed that she does not even care for me..she never care to call me up...when i call her...she is making fun of me,hurting me,swearing @ me along with her friends...but she says she love me...how do i really know that?/ from her behaviour,i can obviously deduced she is just pretending to love.... pp ft it hurt so much...what should i do?
