Does this story plot sound too cliche?

The story just sounds like a cutesy love story, but I think the parents' success is pushing it. I'd be skeptical of her parents' being the most successful people ever, as well as her just going along with these guys. For all she knows, they're rapists and murderers. However, if you dial the parents back and make the relationship with the guys and Dianna believable, I'd read it.
