Who is the disney Character that looks like J.t Austin and Mosis Areis?

I saw this famous kid who was like 14 or 15 at Universal Studios, and I dont know his name.. Does anyone know the kid that looks like Jake T Austin and Mosis areis.. like a half way cross between the two? I think he was only in like two movies. Post a picture or the name please
