What are your thoughts on Riggleman's sudden resignation f/ the Nats?

Bad on his part, it was defiantly a Selfish act I mean he couldn't even wait till the Allstar break to resgn, at least then the Nats had a few days to hire a new manager. It does not look good for Rigglemans mmanagerial future
