I had a problem like this a while back and I had to start from the beginning by reinstalling the router software (for the pc), configuring the router, configuring the xbox 360 and making sure all my connections were perfect. I tried using the automatic setting the first time but I wanted to learn how to fix it just in case the automatic setting don't work so I went in and manually configured my Xbox 360 and it worked.
